The present invention relates to a pouch for packaging a face mask. The present invention comprises: a first packaging part placed on one side of the pouch with an inserted chitosan non-woven sheet; a second packaging part placed on another side of the pouch with essence to supply to the inserted chitosan non-woven sheet; a dividing wall, which divides the first packing part and the second packing part; an essence supplying part formed to supply essence which has been inserted into the second packing part to the first packing part wherein the chitosan non-woven sheet is placed; and a closing part which closes up the edge of the pouch to seal the first and the second packing parts. According to the present invention, the invention prevents a risk of chemical change of the essence or a microbial contamination due to a propagation of bacteria within the period of an expiration date when the essence and the chitosan non-woven sheet are enclosed together, by packing the essence and chitosan non-woven sheet separately to keep it hygienic.
