The present invention relates to a method for extracting water soluble propolis, comprising: (a) a step of manufacturing a suspension solution by suspending in an alcohol aqueous solution, after crushing propolis wongoe; (b) a step of controlling pH of 10 to 12 by adding alkali after the step (a); (c) a step of extracting ultrasonic wave by applying primary ultrasonic wave after a step (b); (d) a step of controlling pH of 5 to 7 by adding acid after the step (c); and (e) a step of extracting ultrasonic wave by applying secondary ultrasonic wave. According to the present invention, water soluble propolis can be extracted with high-yield, and the productivity can be increased by the reduction of extracting time. |
