The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for treating organic waste materials, the apparatus comprising: an anaerobic reaction tank for discharging solid materials completed with anaerobic reaction with raw materials after an anaerobic reaction of organic waste materials; a leachate structure for leaching the anaerobic reaction tank from the organic waste materials to a storage space by a leachate; a dispersion structure device for evenly dispersing the organic waste materials, porous raw materials, and the leachate induced to the inside of the anaerobic reaction tank; an inner structure for preventing the organic waste materials from attaching to the top and inside of the anaerobic reaction tank; a leachate storage tank for collecting and storing the leachate of the anaerobic reaction tank, and selectively supplying the leachate by a leachate supply means to the top part of the anaerobic reaction tank to maintain an optimal anaerobic reaction of the organic waste materials; a methane gas storage tank for collecting and storing methane gas generated during the anaerobic reaction of the organic waste materials; a stabilization reaction tank for discharging the solid materials completed with the anaerobic reaction with the raw materials from the inside of the anaerobic reaction tank; a vibration transport device for vibrating and transporting the raw materials and the solid materials from the stabilization reaction tank; and a peroxide spray device for eliminating offensive odor by spraying peroxide to the solid materials. According to the present invention, byproducts of organic waste materials performed with anaerobic reaction can be produced as the stabilized final products, and can be used as new renewable energy. |
