APPARATUS AND METOHD FOR PROCESSING CALL USING PUSH MESSAGE

Disclosed are a device and a method for treating a call by using a push message. The device comprises: a message transmitting unit for transmitting a push message related to a call attempt list of a transmitting terminal towards a message server; a terminal registering unit for registering a receiving terminal by receiving a registering message for treating a call with the transmitting terminal from the receiving terminal which receives the push message transmitted from the message server; and a call treating unit for transmitting a call to the receiving terminal when the receiving terminal is registered.
