The present invention discloses a verification method of an oscillator capable of obtaining an initial condition of an operation error of the oscillator. The verification method of the oscillator comprises the steps of: performing Monte-Carlo simulation for each point inside space under the initial condition; determining whether the frequency error exists or not; notifying the existence of the oscillation error if the frequency error is present; determining the maximum probability point of having a greater setting time than the maximum setting time obtained so far if the frequency error is not present; and determining whether the frequency error is present or not after Monto-Carlo simulation for the determined point is performed.
