摘要 The present invention relates to a culturing method for adipose-derived stem cells separated from human body. According to the present invention, the culturing method for adipose-derived stem cells separated from adipose tissue of the human body is a culturing method by passing adipose-derived stem cells through primary culture and subculture under hypoxia conditions of the low density of oxygen than atmospheric air conditions. The primary culture is configured to seed and culture stem cells in first culture media comprising aqueous nutrient media containing glucose, blood plasma separated from the human body, platelet-rich plasma irradiated with visible light rays, and a first additive, and the subculture is configured to seed and culture the stem cells having passed through the primary culturing step in second culture media comprising nutrient media, bovine serum mixed by a ratio of 1 to 5 wt% of the nutrient media, and a second additive.
