The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, and a lithium secondary battery including the same. Specifically, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery including an ionizable lithium salt and an organic solvent according to the present invention also contains 0.5-15 parts by weight of an amid compound of a specific structure for 100 parts by weight of a non-aqueous electrolyte solution. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution of the present invention is used in manufacturing of a battery having excellent high temperature properties and overcharge stability.
