The present invention relates to a poly(ethylene-aliphatic diene)reformed copolymer and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, poly(ethylene-aliphatic diene)reformed copolymer where various functional groups are introduced in the terminal of ethylene-aliphatic diene and accordingly improves miscibility, adhesive, printability and scratch resistance, compared with an existing olefin based TPE or styrene based TPE, thereby being used in various fields, and a manufacturing method thereof.
