PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen production apparatus that can solve the problem concerning a tank containing an aromatic compound.SOLUTION: Provided is a hydrogen supplying apparatus (1) comprising a first tank (3) storing liquid organic hydride, a dehydrogenation unit (7) dehydrogenating at least a portion of the organic hydride supplied from the first tank and producing hydrogen and liquid aromatic compound, and a second tank (5) storing a liquid comprising the aromatic compound discharged from the dehydrogenation unit, and characterized in that the inner volume of the second tank is changeable.
