<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-shaft gas turbine control apparatus and a two-shaft gas turbine control method capable of controlling a spray quantity of intake air and the number of revolutions of a high-pressure turbine in response to the opening of an inlet guide vane in an operating state in which efficiency of a compressor of the two-shaft gas turbine degrades, and improving efficiency and reliability.SOLUTION: A two-shaft gas turbine control apparatus includes: a liquid-droplet spray device spraying a liquid droplet to intake air of a compressor; and a controller that includes a fuel control unit regulating a flow of fuel supplied to a combustor, a spray flow control unit regulating a flow of sprayed water supplied to the liquid droplet spray device, an inlet-guide-vane-opening control unit adjusting an opening of an inlet guide vane, and an efficiency-improvement control unit outputting a command signal for holding a balance between driving force of the compressor and an output of a high-pressure turbine in response to the number of revolutions of the high-pressure turbine and the opening of the inlet guide vane, and that, in response to a command from the efficiency-improvement control unit, decreases the number of revolutions of the high-pressure turbine, controls the input guide vane to an open direction, and appropriately controls the flow of the sprayed water.</p> |
