PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management device, a program, an equipment management system, and a security setting method capable of easily maintaining a state that the security setting of equipment is adapted to a standard or authentication related to security.SOLUTION: The equipment management device includes: a setting information acquisition part 153 for acquiring the setting information of one or more security setting items from equipment; a policy information acquisition part 155 for acquiring policy information in which single adaptation information, a plurality of pieces of adaptation information or an adaptation range is defined for each security setting item; a determination part 159 for determining whether or not each of the setting information of one or more security setting items is adapted on the basis of the policy information; a change part 161 for, when the setting information of any security setting item is not adapted, changing the setting information to be adapted; and a distribution part 163 for distributing the changed setting information of any security setting item to the equipment. |
