PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a front plate for a solar cell panel, capable of suppressing the occurrence of a PID phenomenon and also excellent in adhesion between a sealing material and a resin layer; a method for manufacturing the front plate for a solar cell panel; and a solar cell panel using the front plate.SOLUTION: A front plate for a solar cell panel has a glass layer and a resin layer in contact with the glass layer. The resin layer is a layer comprising the following resin (A1) or a mixture of the following resin (A2) and the following resin (A3). Resin (A1): a resin containing a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, and a -(COO)Agroup (where, A represents at least one cation selected from the group consisting of an alkaline earth metal ion and an ammonium ion, and n represents a valence of A) (A2): a resin including a hydroxyl group (A3): a resin containing a carboxyl group, and a -(COO)Agroup (where, A represents at least one cation selected from the group consisting of an alkaline earth metal ion and an ammonium ion, and n represents a valence of A). |
