PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of enhancing a player's interest in a game by novel game properties.SOLUTION: First operation-start means and third operation-start means may become an operation-start condition of a first symbol variable game, and second operation-start means may become an operation-start condition of a second symbol variable game. Each operation-start means includes a normal passage area and a special passage area such that game balls entering therein are branchedly distributed. The second operation-start means includes opening/closing means operating such that a ball entry hole may take an open state and a closed state. The third operation-start means includes a retention area capable of retaining a game ball entering therein. On the condition that it is detected that a game ball enters the third operation-start means, a suggestion performance for suggesting passage of the game ball through the third normal passage area and the third special passage area is executed, and, when the game ball passes through any of the normal passage area and the special passage area, a settlement performance representing the passage area where the game ball passes is executed. |
