<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for enabling a user to recognize easily and reliably the blot in an inner lid constituting an exhaust passage.SOLUTION: A cooker 10 comprises: a pan 11 having an upper end opened for accommodating a food material; a lid body 25 for covering over the pan 11 and having a downstream side exhaust passage 64 for communicating with the outside; an inner lid (or an inner lid set 70) arranged removably on a face opposing the pan 11 of the lid body 25 for closing the upper end opening of the pan 11, and having a communication hole 84B communicating with the inside of the pan 11, to form an upstream side exhaust passage 71 communicating with the downstream side exhaust passage 64; and a window part 141 disposed in the inner lid 70 for enabling the inside of the upstream side exhaust passage 71 to see therethrough.</p> |
