<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of reliably removing lamp black passing inside a flue while securing excellent exhaustion performance.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a grill box (10) in which a thing to be cooked (F) is heat-cooked; a flue (5) to which lamp black generated in the grill box (10) is introduced; an upstream smoke removal part (5a) provided with a heat source for burning smoke (33) for burning out lamp black on an undersurface (51) of the flue (5); and a downstream smoke removal part (5b) in which a smoke removal processing member (53) extends toward the undersurface (51) from an upper surface (52) of the flue (5) on the downstream of the heat source for burning smoke (33). The downstream smoke removal part (5b) is formed so that the passage resistance in the upper area located away from a burning surface (34) is larger than the passage resistance in the lower area close to the burning surface (34).</p> |
