<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a business efficiency by automatic creation of execution information of an own department examination. <P>SOLUTION: When an own department examination is performed, the terminal ID of a terminal of an own department system 101, the patient ID of a patient subjected to the own department examination, and an examination result of the own department examination are transmitted from an own department system 101 to an electronic medical record server 103. Moreover, when an other department examination is performed, order data is outputted from the own department system 101 to an other department system 102. Then, the other department system 102 transmits the terminal ID of a terminal of the other department system 102, the patient ID of a patient subjected to the other department examination, and an examination result of the other department examination to the electronic medical record server 103. When the electronic medical record server 103 receives the terminal ID, the patient ID, and the examination result, the electronic medical record server 103 determines whether or not a link master 105 stored in advance in the electronic medical record server 103 includes a terminal ID matched with the received terminal ID, and creates execution information if the link master 105 includes it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
