<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture flange assembly with a simple configuration to remarkably improve extraction resistance and rotating torque resistance, and a method for manufacturing the flange assembly. <P>SOLUTION: This flange assembly 11 includes a first flange member 12 having a cylindrical portion 14 and a first flange portion 15, and a second flange member 13 having a columnar portion 21 and a second flange portion 22.
