<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to detect a storage battery with a sign of abnormal degradation.SOLUTION: A measuring processing unit acquires measured values of a plurality of parameters from each of a plurality of storage batteries. A discretization unit assigns discretization information to each of the measured values of each storage battery depending on which of regions dividing a space constituted by the parameters each measured value belongs to. A first storage unit stores a discretization information string representing an order of the assigned discretization information for each storage battery. A degradation-index calculation unit calculates a storage-battery degradation index on the basis of at least one of the measured values measured by the measuring unit. A determination unit determines whether the storage-battery degradation index satisfies a standard degradation level. A second storage unit stores a list of the storage batteries for which it is determined that the storage-battery degradation index does not satisfy the standard degradation level. An extraction unit extracts a common degradation sign pattern that is an appearance pattern of the discretization information common to the discretization information strings of the storage batteries shown in the list.</p> |
