<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a storage battery charge/discharge control plan for securely reducing peak power.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge controller for one or a plurality of storage batteries includes: charge/discharge state acquisition means for acquiring a discharge state, an electric conduction state, and a charge state of a storage battery; out-of-plan use detection means for detecting first out-of-plan use in the case that an acquired charge/discharge state is different from a charge/discharge state designated in a charge/discharge control plan; estimation means for estimating a duration period and charge/discharge state of the first out-of-plan use, on the basis of out-of-plan use entry corresponding to the first out-of-plan use included in an out-of-plan use history of a first storage battery in which the first out-of-plan use is detected; and control plan modification means which modifies a charge/discharge control plan for the first storage battery so that the first storage battery has the estimated charge/discharge state in the estimated duration period of the first out-of-plan use, and modifies a charge/discharge control plan for a second storage battery having the estimated charge/discharge state in the estimated duration period in the charge/discharge control plan correspondingly to the modification of the charge/discharge control plan for the first storage battery.</p> |
