<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unison ring manufacturing method capable of excellently and inexpensively manufacturing unison rings by means of an extrusion processing. <P>SOLUTION: A forward extrusion processing is performed on extrusion material obtained from metal bar to obtain a contoured metal pipe having an outer periphery forming an irregular shape in a circumferential direction, and then the same is cut into a predetermined width in an axially perpendicular cross section to obtain a unison ring. In the forward extrusion processing, a land 68 is formed on an inner surface of a die 64, and the material is shaped by passage of the land 68 in an axial direction. In that case, an upper surface of the land 68 is formed to be a tapered surface 26, and the tapered surface 26 is provided with grooves 67 extending from an outer peripheral end of the land 68 to an upper end 28a of a recess 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
