PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder that can suppress a sheet material from moving along its width while preventing a member which restricts a width-directional movement of the sheet material from interfering with an upper structure member, and an image formation apparatus with the sheet feeder. ! SOLUTION: A sheet feeder 200 includes a rotary form press member 230 which is so configured to elevate a bottom plate 61 once a paper feed tray 6 is set in the sheet feeder 200, and extends a range in which a side fence 23 restricting a width-directional movement of a form P restricts the width-directional movement of the form P. The rotary form press member 230 is pressed up against the form P as the bottom plate 61 is elevated, and the position of an upper end part of the rotary form press member 23 for the side fence 23 becomes higher than when rotary form press member 230 is not pressed up. !
