PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional folding umbrella in which a defect is present in its portability while declaring a portable umbrella, and therefore the carrying of umbrella storage goods is required and also the carrying of storage goods such as bags is needed for carrying the folding umbrella, and one-piece sale of the umbrella storage goods is performed and the demand for umbrella storage goods of a high decorative value is high, however, the umbrella storage goods are required for storing the folding umbrella in the storage goods such as the bags, and the decorative work is not effective. ! SOLUTION: A "telescopic umbrella" of the present invention is provided by revealing a "telescopic umbrella having an umbrella housing" as a typical example, and a configuration and a functional structure of a "shell umbrella" as an embodiment for solving the above problem. !
