PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife aid that enables a serial operation like before and prevents injury of a nail and finger, and enables removing cut foodstuffs from a kitchen knife naturally, by solving such a problem that the nail and finger may be cut by mistake when cutting foodstuffs by the kitchen knife, and it takes time to cut the foodstuffs with care, and also the cut foodstuffs may stick to the kitchen knife and it takes time even more by removing the foodstuffs using the fingers. !
