PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus thereof for efficiently transmitting control information in a radio communication system.SOLUTION: A method and a device thereof for transmitting a PUCCH (Physical Uplink Control Channel) signal in a radio communication system comprise a step of setting transmission power for the PUCCH signal. When the PUCCH signal should be transmitted in a sub-frame set for an SR (Schedule Request), the PUCCH signal comprises one or more HARQ-ACK (Hybrid Automatic Request-Acknowledgement) bits and SR bits. When determining the transmission power for a PUCCH, the SR bits is selectively considered according to whether a transmission block for a UL-SCH exists in the sub-frame.
