PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture forming device which can automatically perform a process where a liquid mixture is formed by mixing heated liquid and a mixture ingredient and is cooled until its temperature becomes suitable, and to provide a method of forming the mixture.SOLUTION: A mixture forming device comprises: a heater (4) which heats supplied liquid (L); a first heat exchanger (3) which exchanges heat of the liquid (L) heated by the heater (4); a milk formula preparation part (5) which forms milk (M) by mixing powdered milk and the liquid (L) heat-exchanged by the first heat exchanger (3); and a second heat exchanger (60) which exchanges heat of the milk formed by the milk formula preparation part (5). |
