PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diaphragm for electrodynamic electroacoustic transducer in which the volume of an air chamber on the back side of the diaphragm, included in the setting element of resonance frequency thereof, can be reduced uniformly for each product with no variation, and stiffness at the edge can be adjusted easily. ! SOLUTION: A circular flat plate 120 having rigidity sufficient for displacement as a flat plate is bonded to the central portion of a diaphragm base material 110 integrally therewith, and an edge 130 is formed around the flat plate 120 by molding the diaphragm base material 110 three-dimensionally. A diaphragm ring 140 is bonded to the peripheral edge of the diaphragm base material 110, by applying a predetermined tension to the edge 130 to adjust the stiffness. !
