SOLUTION: A management server comprises: reception means which receives via a network, history data created on the basis of first action data generated on the basis of operation actions related to at least programs by a first apparatus and second action data generated on the basis of operation actions related to at least programs by a second apparatus different from the first apparatus; and transmission means which analyzes the received history data, generates recommendation information on a plurality of programs for a plurality of apparatuses including the first apparatus and the second apparatus, and transmits the generated recommendation information to the first apparatus and/or the second apparatus. !
