The present invention relates to a propeller assembly for a ship which can be attached and detached easily thanks to a simplified binding structure of a hub connected to a driving axis, and a blade bound to the hub increasing a structural safety of a binding unit where the blade and the hub are bound. According to the present invention, the propeller assembly for a ship generates a momentum through rotation by being installed in a driving axis to generate momentum in the ship. The propeller assembly for a ship, in accordance to the present invention, comprises: a hub having a hollow body for the driving axis to penetrate; a blade inserted into a mounting groove formed on an outer circumferential surface of the hub; and an end cap bound to the protruding driving axis with a screw by penetrating the hub to bind the hub to the driving axis and fixating the blade to the hub. The hub comprises: a cylindrical mainframe formed for the mounting groove to be extended in a front and rear longitudinal direction, along a spiral direction; and a taper unit inclined for an external diameter to be smaller on a rear part extended from the rear end of the mainframe. The hub has a plurality of incisions formed in the direction of the circumference to be distanced from each other for the external diameter of the rear end to be smaller. The end cap is formed for the front end of the fastening groove, into which the end of the driving axis is inserted, to be inclined to pressurize the external diameter of the taper unit wherein the incisions are extended to be smaller by contacting the external surface of the taper unit as the end cap is closer to the hub by being bound to the driving axis with a screw.
