<p>Ratchet handles are already available for use with box spanners and ring spanners. If a ring or box spanner is attached to a ratchet handle and placed on a nut, the nut can be repeatedly rotated for loosening or tightening, without the need to remove and reposition the spanner after every movement; but for application of ring or box type spanners, one end of the bolt needs to be accessible. If the end of bolt is not accessible, then Open Ended Spanner is the only usable option. While using an Open Ended Spanner, spanner needs to be removed and repositioned after every movement. So far, there is no Ratchet handle available for use with Open Ended Spanners. This Ratchet Handle, for which patent application is being filed herewith, is unique in its design comprising an Open Ended Spanner.</p> |
