<p>The present invention relates to a method of selecting landfilled waste and domestic waste for manufacturing a solid fuel product. The objective of the present invention is to provide a method of decreasing the number of crushing processes to reduce total energy consumption for the selection, and simultaneously, decreasing the content of incombustibles while increasing heat values of combustibles to select a raw material for a high quality solid fuel product. The method comprises: a coarse combustible selection step for crushing a plastic bag containing landfilled waste or domestic waste with an excavator in a non-crushing manner, and selecting coarse combustibles; a particle size selection step for selecting waste based on the sizes thereof by using a trommel screen; a precision particle size selection step for sucking and selecting fine combustibles by using a fine combustible separation cyclone while precisely selecting soil and sand which are dropped to a lower part of the trommel screen with a dual disk screen; a three-member separation step for separating the waste into incombustibles, heavy combustibles, and light combustibles while reducing generation of road dusts and bad smell through a specific gravity-based three-member blow-separator; a hot air drying step for removing soil and sand while passing the heavy combustibles through a drying trommel screen to feed hot air from a hot-air blower into the heavy combustibles in an air circulation manner, and to dry the same; and a crushing step for crushing light combustibles and coarse heavy combustibles which have passed the hot air drying step into a desired SRF size by using a crusher provided through a transfer conveyor.</p> |
