The present invention provides a galvanized steel sheet having excellent plating wettability and plating adhesion even when the base steel sheet contains Si and Mn, and provides a manufacturing method therefor. The galvanized steel sheet pertaining to the present invention includes a base steel plate containing Si, Mn, and other predetermined components, and a galvanized layer formed on at least one surface of the base steel plate.
