摘要 The present invention relates to a catalyst for synthesizing glycol including a mesoporous tungsten carbide-based support whose porosity size is big enough to carry materials and components for activating the catalysts supported in the porosity of the support; a manufacturing method of the mesoporous tungsten carbide-based supports used for the catalyst; and a method for producing glycol from hydrous polyol under the catalyst where the catalyst is used for producing glycol from hydrous polyol, thereby having high selectivity of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol as well as high conversion rate.
