A cooling air supply part for supplying cooling air is arranged below the accommodation space and a cooling air recovery part for recovering the cooling air heated by a sintered ore is arranged above the accommodation space. The cooling air circulates along the cooling air supply part, the cooling air recovery part and a heat exchange part. In the heat exchange part, the heated cooling air exchanges heat with fluid supplied to the outer wall part.
