PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer that can effectively press a printing position of printing means thereof.SOLUTION: The printer is configured to feed continuous paper delivered from a paper supply part through a damper part to a printing head part and perform printing on a label of the continuous paper, and a head pressure plate 50 which is formed extending so as to connect an operation part 44 for adjusting pressing force against a thermal head part 18 and a printing line 18L of the thermal head part 18, is arranged between the operation part and the printing line. This allows pressing force of a coil spring 44d of the operation part 44 to be locally transmitted to the printing line 18L of the thermal head part 18 by the head pressure plate 50 so that the printing line 18L can be effectively pressed. |
