PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian protection airbag device which can favorably maintain an attachment state of an airbag case while being attached with the airbag case so as not to hinder the expansion deployment of an airbag body.SOLUTION: In a pedestrian protection airbag device 10, there are accommodated, in an airbag case 24, a cowl bag body part 30 which covers at least a part of a cowl 22 at deployment, and a front pillar bag body part 32 which is folded to a center of a vehicle width direction and a vehicle rear side from both ends of the cowl bag body part, and covers at least a lower part of a front pillar 20 at deployment. The pedestrian protection airbag device comprises a front-side attachment member which attaches a front end of the airbag case 24 to a hood 14, and a rear-side attachment member which is arranged in a center part of the airbag case 24 in the vehicle width direction, and attaches a rear end of the airbag case 24 to the hood 14 at a position which is not overlapped with a locus L at the deployment of the front pillar bag body part 32. |
