PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide; a color filter photosensitive coloring composition which can produce a color filter having good overcoating resistance, solvent resistance, and sensitivity even when low-temperature post-bake is used; a color filter having filter segments formed using the same; and a manufacturing method for the color filter.SOLUTION: The above problem is cleared by a color filter photosensitive coloring composition containing a colorant, binder resin, photo-radical polymerization initiator, and photopolymerizable monomer, the colorant containing a red colorant or green colorant, the binder resin containing a vinyl resin [B] containing 23-90 wt.% constituent unit (Y) having an ethylenic unsaturated double bond in a side chain with respect to the weight of total constituent units.
