Novelty: a variable rotary telescopic base of an advertising sign adaptable over the horizontal or diagonal support axis of a basketball hoop is disclosed. Advantages: application of any kind of steady, mechanic or electronic advertising sign creating along with the advertising message an integral advertising system; full display of the advertising surfaces throughout television coverage since -compared to other systems- the photographing angle is in vertical relationship to the camera's position; application to all kinds of basketball hoops especially in Europe where different types exist, even in the same country.
