The present invention relates to communication in a vehicle. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for converting a signal between Ethernet and CAN communication in a vehicle and a method thereof. It may include a step of determining a start bit for each of at least one CAN signal included in a CAB message; and a step of generating an Ethernet signal where a CAN signal and a start bit corresponding to the CAN signal are respectively included in different fields.
