The present invention relates to a multi-band and multi-polarized wireless communication antenna comprising: a reflection plate; at least one first radiation module of a first band installed on the reflection plate; and at least one second or third radiation module of a second band or a third band installed on the reflection plate. The first radiation module includes first-fourth radiation elements of a dipole structure, and the first-fourth radiation elements are formed to connect two radiation arms in the form of ′ㄱ′ respectively. One between two radiation arms is placed side by side along the lateral surface of the reflection plate. The second or third radiation module is installed to be contained within an installation range of the first radiation module.
