The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a pork belly, comprising the steps of: separating and extracting a pork belly from pork meat; preparing a marinating solution by mixing purified water, plum juice and red pepper seed powder at a weight ratio of 10:3-5:1-2; creating cuts (grooves) on the pork belly and marinating the same by immersing the same in the marinating solution for 36 to 48 hours at temperatures of -1 to 5°C; and cutting the marinated pork belly by thickness of 0.8 to 1.2 cm. The present invention uses plum juice and red pepper seed powder to marinate the pork belly, thus the port belly tastes spicy and sweet and not greasy, stimulates and promotes an appetite of consumers, promotes a digestion by facilitating the secretion of gastric acid and accordingly, is greatly helpful due to promoting the health of consumers. |
