摘要 <p>The present invention provides a thin film cluster production system, producing method, thin film cluster, thin film, UV protector, and cosmetics to produce a thin film cluster in an in-situ status for improved quality and high productivity, and greatly reducing an initial investment cost. In producing a thin film cluster which comprises thin film layers collected in a shape of a plurality of layers piled up with a material to be coated or a separating material in between in the in-situ status, the material to be coated or the separating material including a minimum role to separate at least one thin film and other thin film layers in between a plurality of thin film layers does not include one which is formed in a deposition method, and includes one or more materials selected from fluent materials, room temperature fluent materials, and plastic materials. If the method for supplying to a designated place using fluidity or plasticity of the materials is used, the possibility of vapor diffusion or the like of the materials is excluded, and no adverse effect is given to a thin film deposition process, a vacuum container or a vacuum pumping means. Therefore, productivity and quality are greatly improved and the initial investment costs are also greatly reduced as the structure and composition of the production system is simplified and firm. According to the present invention, the present invention not only settles all the issues in the prior art pointed out herein such as the issue of production of the production system by the prior art, the issue of maintenance, the issue of pollution of the thin film itself, the issue of wasting energy and the like; but also provides the thin film, UV protector, and cosmetics derived from the thin film cluster.</p>
