<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CaMKII inhibitory peptide having a new amino acid sequence different from AIP, and to provide a CaMKII inhibitor containing the CaMKII inhibitory peptide. <P>SOLUTION: A CaMKII inhibitory peptide having a specified amino acid sequence is obtained. The peptide having the amino acid sequence enables addition of various functions matched with purposes.
