摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten film-forming method for a polyester film suppressing effects by thermal history during melting and obtaining the polyester film having excellent hydrolytic resistance. <P>SOLUTION: Material resin including polyester resin and 30 eq/t or less of terminal carboxylic acid groups is input to a single-spindle extruding machine. Then, on the condition that a maximum temperature Tmax[°C] and a melting point Tm[°C] of the material resin in the melting process satisfy a relationship of Tm≤Tmax≤Tm+30 and a filling factor of the material resin in a screw compression part 4 is 50-80%, melting and extrusion are performed and molding is performed to form a film shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
