<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively collect information on a failure occurring in a device of a detection object and information on the device having the failure. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: control devices 4 and 8 which have failure detection sections 42 and 82 to detect a failure in a device of a detection object and priority determination sections 45 and 85 to determine a priority of the information on the failure for being stored in an external server 2 based on the failure detected by the failure detection sections 42 and 82 as well as the device having the failure; and a communication device 7 which sends the information on the failure as well as corresponding device information to the external server 2 based on the priority determined by the priority determination sections 45 and 85. When determining that the failure detected by the failure detection sections 42 and 82 is fatal, the priority determination sections 45 and 85 give the higher priority to the information on the fatal failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
