<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a method of manufacturing a blade for a gas turbine engine. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the blade for the gas turbine engine includes the following steps: a lamination step S1 where a laminated body 11 is formed by laminating a plurality of composite sheets 10 made of a matrix of thermoplastic resin each other; a wing element forming step S2 where a three-dimensional curve shape is imparted to a portion 11a of the laminate body 11 in which portion the all composite sheets 10 composing the laminated body 11 are overlapped in the laminating direction, and a wing element 12 having the three-dimensional curve shape is formed from at least a part of the portion 11a; and an integration step S3 where a plurality of the wing elements 12 are integrated by heating and pressuring in the state of being overlapped each other, and formed as a blade surface of a predetermined shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
