PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily perform angiography using an OCT.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomography device is provided with an OCT optical system for detecting an OCT signal by measurement light and reference light radiated to a specimen, and analysis processing means for processing the OCT signal to generate motion contrast data in the specimen. The analysis processing means includes: first image data generation means for processing a plurality of OCT signals which are temporally different about the same position on the specimen, and generating first image data being image data obtained by imaging phase difference information in the plurality of OCT signals; and second image data generation means for processing the OCT signals, and generating second image data being image data obtained by imaging information including the amplitude of the OCT signals, and generates motion contrast data on the basis of the phase difference information in the first image data, and information including the amplitude in the second image data. |
