PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body odor improving agent for the ingestion into the body which comprises a body odor improving substance and can improve the body odor by releasing the substance through the body surface, and to provide food and drinks and methods for improving body odor using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a body odor suppressing agent containing a substance released through the body surface and consisting of a perfume component which is released through the body surface by sweating by sublingual absorption in 30 minutes to 5 hours after ingestion, wherein the substance released from the body surface is at least one of geraniol, terpinene 4-ol, vanillin, linalool, citronellol, and decalactone; and an extracorporeal release agent and an extracorporeal release method. |
