GREEN SHEET, GREEN LAMINATE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GREEN LAMINATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SINTERED LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a green laminate, capable of satisfying conditions required for a green sheet having adhesiveness at a normal temperature.SOLUTION: A green sheet having adhesiveness at a normal temperature is formed by molding and solidifying a slurry including a first inorganic powder, a dispersion medium and a binder. The thickness of the green sheet is 100-1000 μm; the binder includes a material having a glass transition point of 20-48°C; a volume ratio of the binder occupied to the entire green sheet is 20-60 volume%; and the weight average molecular weight of the binder is 8000-1 million. The formed green sheet having adhesiveness is stuck and laminated at a normal temperature on a substrate 10 being a dense sintered body to obtain a green laminate.
