<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, a display method, and a program capable of providing information that works as a guideline for selection of a special effect when a special effect is applied to a moving image.SOLUTION: There is provided an imaging device 1 capable of applying a special effect to image data, comprising: an imaging part 2 configured to image an object and continuously generate electronic image data of the object; and an image data storage part 9a configured to store image data generated by the imaging part 2. A display control part 11d causes a display part 7 to display images sequentially generated at a frame rate of a photography mode set by a photography mode setting part 11b in a chronological order, and causes the display part 7 to display information on a special effect to be applied to the image by a special effect image generation part 11c by referring to a recommendation level information table stored in the recommendation level information storage part 9d in descending order of the recommendation level in accordance with a combination with the frame rate of the photography mode set by the photography mode setting part 11b.</p> |
