<p>Provided is a work machine capable of ensuring a good rear field of view for an operator seated in an operator's seat. This mini excavator comprises: a revolving body (2); a work device attached to this revolving body (2); the operator's seat (5) arranged upon the revolving body (2); a canopy (4) covering the operator's seat (5); a counterweight (7) arranged to the rear of the operator's seat (5); a muffler (10) arranged upon the revolving body (2) and through which the engine exhaust gas is guided; and an exhaust pipe (13) having an exhaust port (13a) that emits the exhaust gas discharged from this muffler (10), at a position above the counterweight (7). The mini excavator has a configuration comprising the exhaust pipe (13) and an exhaust pipe cover (21) surrounding the peripheral surface of this exhaust pipe (13), at a position, e.g., in the vicinity of a virtual straight line (18) connecting a coordinate reference point (17) being a seat indication point (SIP) for the operator's seat (3) and a rear-side left support column (5d) for the canopy (4).</p> |
